This necklace looks good online but its extremely long (so it has to be doubled and that looks 'old lady' to me not boho - ridiculously hokey. I don't think I will EVER wear it. I also purchased their #1 selling cross necklace (the one on the leather strap, that was made popular on Sundance) which looked good and hip on the Sundance models. It is so large it looks like a mans necklace or a halloween costume accessory. The silver looked totally fake. I could not for the life of me figure out how to return or exchange it. The website said I had FIVE days from the date of receipt. No link no email provided only an address. I am extremely disappointed and upset about my $200.00 purchase. And that was with a first time customer discount! $200 that will literally collect dust in my jewelry box. I am a 50 year old Sundance style kinda chick. I do hair, stay trendy, and this purchase was a no go for me. Wish I could exchange but they don't want to make it easy which in this day and age of mainly online purchasing is very inconvenient and not cool.
