It is unfortunate that the turquoise is falling out in multiple places on this ring as it is a very cute ring. I purchased two of them to stack and I am requesting a refund and return of these two items because of such issues.

I'm so sorry to hear that the turquoise has fallen out of both of your rings. I understand how disappointing that must be. An email was sent regarding your return, but I wanted to follow up here as well. We'd be happy to process a full refund once we receive the rings back.
We also offer repair services, and I'm truly sorry this happened, as this is not how our jewelry should be holding up. While turquoise is a natural stone and should be treated with care, it should not be losing stones under normal wear.
For future reference, we recommend avoiding exposure to water, lotions, perfumes, harsh chemicals, and impacts with hard surfaces, as these can affect both the stone and the setting over time.
