Repair Policy

REPAIR POLICY

Peyote Bird products are hand crafted from the finest sterling silver and semi-precious materials available.

Each repair is evaluated and charged on a case-by-case basis due to the handmade nature of pieces, artisans and natural stones.

Vintage pieces need to be treated with care, however we understand that these items are delicate and items do break or get bent easily so we will do our best to assist you with your repair.

Items sold at a discount or as final sale/closeout are final sale items. If there is an issue with one of these pieces, there will be a repair charge. 

All repair shipping charges will be charged to the customer.

Repair timelines differ based on the item. We do our best to get your repairs to you as soon as possible. However depending on the type of damage and the piece itself we may need 8 to 16 weeks to process your repair.

Please email repairs@peyotebird.com with an image of your piece so we assess whether the item can be repaired by Peyote Bird, and can begin the repair process and send an estimated quote to you.  

Please note that we only offer repair services on goods purchased from Peyote Bird within the last 10 years.

Peyote Bird Designs Watches

Watches do not have a warranty and will be repaired, battery changed, straps replaced at a charge.

Peyote Bird Designs watches can have their batteries replaced by any jeweler that offers this service. We suggest utilizing a local business in your area to save on the shipping.  

The iconic Peyote Bird Designs beaded watch bands were produced in the 1970's 1980's using materials and techniques no longer available in the marketplace today. Unfortunately, Peyote Bird Designs is no longer accepting beaded watch bands for repair.
