Charlie Favour Land and Sea Journey Mosaic Pendant

Artist Charlie Favour crafted this meticulously inlaid mosaic using turquoise and mother of pearl set into spondylus shell. The design lets the natural materials speak for themselves thanks to the grooved and weathered shell, smooth and rich mother of pearl, and vibrantly blue turquoise. Favour placed a shell cross in the center of the design, which helps ground the piece amidst a sea of turquoise stones. The pendant hangs from a chain crafted by another incredibly talented artisan, Dennis Hogan. It’s forged from sterling silver and is the perfect weight and shape to hold this pendant.
